The main quest of Ocarina of Time is spread across two time periods; one where Link is a young boy, and another that takes place seven years later. After you complete the initial three dungeons of the game (based around the elements of earth, fire, and water), you are free to travel back and forth through time. The world is different depending on which Link you are playing as. Young Link enjoys a spotless and vibrant countryside, ripe with incredibly interesting environments and areas. Adult Link has to deal with a Hyrule in ruin, as the land suffers from the evil scourge of Ganondorf and his minions. The time travel element is an interesting dynamic, and while it's not forced onto the player too much, it's smartly woven into a handful of puzzles.
Join legendary hero Link as he journeys across Hyrule, and even through time, to thwart the plans of Ganondorf. Wield incredible weapons and items, battle ferocious bosses, and solve brain-teasing puzzles in this fan-favourite chapter from the series, The Legend of Zelda.

Yes. And we plan for players to enjoy playing several Legend of Zelda titles this year to commemorate the twenty-fifth anniversary, including The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D; The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, scheduled for release this year; the Virtual Console version of The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening DX, which was made available for download from the Nintendo eShop application on June 8 (June 7 in North American time); and The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords25, scheduled for free download as the Nintendo DSiWare software starting in September.
While WiiWare grew by over 30% in 2009 compared to its launchyear, Virtual Console slid almost 25% in 2009, leading to an smalloverall decline of 6% year-over-year. The main factors for thedecline in Virtual Console revenue are an overall weaker and lessnumerous release schedule in 2009, combined with a promotion byNintendo to give away a free NES game to Wii owners who hadpurchased the Wii Internet Channel - leading to over 500,000 freedownloads.
As with most downloadable markets, the top titles take in mostof the revenue. On WiiWare, the top 20 games (10% of the market)took in almost 70% of the revenue, while on Virtual Console the top50 games (10%) took in almost 80% of the revenue. The top-heavynature of the market has led to the majority of titles on bothservices seeing less than 10,000 sales lifetime.
He even said, back in October 2001, that people should "buy it and forget about the GameCube". Now that it's about one eighth of its original £60 price tag (dear god), we reckon this one might prove a popular download, especially with the long-awaited Super Paper Mario arriving on Wii here in Europe in two months time. 2b1af7f3a8
